In association with our partner Astilleros Gondan of Spain (a privately owned shipyard established in the late 19th century), we have the capabilities and expertise to undertake any dry-docking, repair, modification, and conversion of most marine vessels—from patrol vessels to oil tankers and cargo ships. Rio Martek specializes in the supply of new vessels under turnkey contracts. The company, with its network of associates, can design and construct all types of vessels, including luxury yachts, cruise ships, offshore supply vessels, patrol boats for police and customs, oceanographic survey ships, landing craft, and more. Our marine division is also experienced in dredging operations and the construction of port infrastructure.

Alongside our shipbuilding expertise, Rio Martek also operates as a turnkey EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractor in the energy sector, offering integrated, end-to-end solutions for Biomass Gasification Plants, Solar Power Systems, and Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS). We deliver clean energy projects tailored for industrial, agricultural, and rural electrification purposes, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable power generation.
